  • It's FREE MASSAGE DAY!  There will be free massages at lunch in the community gym today with massage therapy students from the Canadian College of Massage. This is part of Mental Health Week.  There are 30 spots available for students and staff.  Please sign up outside Student Council room or come to the Community gym at lunch.
  • Those students who are part of the tutoring focus group with Mrs. Rouvalis are meeting in Room 111 at lunch.
  • The winner of the Mental Health Week scavenger hunt is Acacia Trimmings.  They can pick their prize up in the Youth Health Centre.
  • Nova Scotia Football Association is looking for people interested in becoming an official.  No experience with football needed, just your enthusiasm for the game.  Next Level I Clinic: Tuesday, May 7, 2019 / 6pm – 10pm / Bedford Hammonds Plains Community Centre $150 For info and to register: nsfoa@hotmail.com or call John (902) 543-1582.
  • Attention all students who were enrolled in Ms Cameron’s Entrepreneurship 12 course last semester: St Francis Xavier University has chosen the Entrepreneurship 12 students at Citadel High School to participate in a province wide study focusing on entrepreneurial skills and incentives. If you are interested in participating, please meet in Room 202 today at lunchtime. All those who were enrolled in Entrepreneurship 12 are encouraged to attend!”
  • There is a food drive in support of Parker St Food Bank until May 3.  Bring non perishable food item or money donations to your B block class.
  • Abby Flinn and Maeve Nagel are the only girls to complete all forms and fees for the upcoming ringette tournament. All other girls need to hand in fees and forms by TOMORROW if you wish to be on the team!  See Ms. Cowan for more details.
  • Wear Red To Support "National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Native Women and Girls on May 3.
