Daily Announcements
- Any students interested in attending an Army reserves job fair on October 20 or 21, please come to the guidance office to sign up.
- The Terry Fox run will be held this year on October 6th during your A block class. This year we are sticking to Terry’s goal of raising one dollar for each Canadian so as a school our goal is to raise 1 dollar for each student and staff at Citadel. Money will be collected by the leadership 12 class during A block classes.
- Tryouts for girls hockey start on Oct. 5. See the Athletics page or Mrs. Service for details.
- Congratulations to the girls varsity volleyball team for defeating Halifax West 3-2. Player of the game was Kate Hartlen.
- There will be a meeting for all those interested in our school newspaper, the Trollope Times, today at lunch in room 202. Anyone is welcome, hope to see you there!
- Hi Everyone, the tryouts for the 2021-2022 cheer squad are today in the gymnasium at lunch. Come prepared with appropriate clothing, and be ready to go! At the end of tryouts we are going to give you all some time to show off any extra tricks, chants, and/or routines that you would like to show us.
- The first Citadel High School choir rehearsal will be taking place tomorrow (Wednesday morning) at 8:15 in Room 221. All are welcome. That's room 221 tomorrow (Wednesday) at 8:15. It's time to start singing again, Citadel!Hope to see you there! :)
- A reminder about the education expo happening virtually tomorrow, this is your opportunity to connect with many post secondary institutions. Details are in the google class of 2022.
- Picture retake day is Monday October 4 in the library seminar room, also for any students who haven’t had a photo taken yet.
- A reminder to all students to check their gnspes email and accept the invitation to join the google classroom for your grade level, this is how you will get lots of important information from the guidance office.
