Daily Announcements
- Reminder to students that today is one of the last days to get your ticket for the Snowball Dance. They are $10 each and will be sold in the cafeteria at lunch. The dance is next Wednesday and is from 7-10pm. Student Council promises an amazing night, and we hope to see you there. If you have any questions feel free to ask at the ticket selling table today at lunch in the cafeteria.
- Bingo fundraiser today in the cafeteria. All revenue will be donated to an organization that is helping those who were hurt and in need in Syria and Turkey in the earthquake. For the Bingo fundraiser event, one card will be sold for $2, and three cards for $5! And we will also be collecting donations from those who are not interested in participating. Thank you so much!
- Any student interested in snow boarder racing please see Mr MacDonald in room 313 asap
- A representative from UNB will be here at lunch in the foyer, he will be doing on the spot admissions with no fee and to answer any questions you may have
- Co-op application forms are due today, please submit application forms to Mr Mogae in room 313 or the main office.
- Yearbooks - we still have a few yearbooks left from last year 2021-2022. If you would like to purchase one they are $20 and can be picked up in the main office
- For students planning to join this year's track and field team, sprint coaches Gerald Paris and Debbie Brown will be holding a pre-season fitness and strength program and invite all interested students to meet them in the Citadel weight room Thursday Feb 23 right after school
- Annual Prom Dress Giveaway at the Halifax Central Public Library. February 25th, 2023 11am-4pm
- Students are reminded to join the grade level google classroom sent to their email by the guidance office.
