Daily Announcements
- Girls Varsity soccer defeated Lockview High School 6-0. Rookie Sara Robinson scored a hat trick, Emily Clark with 2 goals and Shelagh Nolan with 1. Anna Bezanson was in net for the shutout.
- If any students still need a chromebook please let Ms Lavers in the library know asap so we know how many to order.
- For any students looking to start a club, there is a google form in the grade level google classroom to fill out by this Friday
- There will be a meeting on Monday at the beginning of lunch in the library seminar room for any girls interested in trying out for the Citadel hockey team
- All students are reminded to join the grade level google classroom sent to your school email or come to the guidance office for assistance.
- The Citadel High Student Council is hosting a coffee house on Wednesday September 27th at 6:30pm in the cafeteria. If you would like to perform there is a Google Form Sign Up located in everyones grade level google classrooms.
- Deadline to submit picture orders is today to the main office and picture retakes will be Oct 11
- Attention golfers. If permission forms and fees are not handed in today you will not be participating in the tournament on Monday. See Ms Cowan to hand these in!
- This is a message from Citadel’s Girl Up Club about gender equality week, which ends today.
- The week’s theme was Stronger Together which helps us see Canada’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity and also to see how far we still have to come. With this theme, we consider the scope of who is negatively impacted by an oppressively patriarchal system and that is: everybody. Gender equality week encourages us to do engage in tasks from challenging gender stereotypes to supporting victims of abuse.
