There will be physical wellbeing in the gym today at lunch with Mr. Williams. Students MUST sign up to participate AND ONLY participating students are permitted to be in the gym for this program. Please see Mr. Williams in Seminar room 3A for details and to sign up.

• Guys Group will be held on Friday during 3rd period/A-block in the Youth Health Centre for everyone currently on the Guys Group roster. Please stay tuned for Hockey Guys Group at a future date.
• There is a Best Buddies sign up link in the grade level google classrooms,  meetings are once a week on your chosen day, applications close October 25
• The Nova Scotia Community College open House is today from 9am til 7pm at the various campus locations. Those who attend and register will have their application fee waived and a chance to win a $1,000 waiver of their tuition fees. Go to NSCC.ca/openhouse for more details.
• The cleat cycle will last until this Friday and the box can be found by the main office. Be sure to donate!

• You need to sign up for tryouts using the google form that can be found on the athletics website or on the QR code that is posted on the doors going into the gym.
