Daily Announcements
  • Grade 12s, your yearbook grad quotes are due on Friday! No late quotes will be accepted. The form to submit them is in the class of 2024 google classroom.
  • Humane society is having an open donation to support furry friends in need!! There is a donation box in front of the office for donation items. Donation items include dog collar, harness, poop bag, toy and other items for dogs. We are taking donations till December 15.
  • The Citadel High Christmas Concert is happening tonight in the Spatz Theatre at 7:00 pm.  This free concert will feature a variety of exciting pieces by the Citadel bands, string ensemble and choir. Come out and show your support for these school ensembles!
  • There will be peer-tutoring today at lunch for African ancestry students in Seminar room 3A
  • The next Guys Group will be held on Thursday during B-block/3rd period in the Youth Health Centre.
  • Any students who didn’t pick up their Academic award certificate from the ceremony, please come pick it up in the guidance office
  • There will be a summer employment information session for grade 11 and 12 African Ancestry students by the Black Youth Development and Mentorship Program Team on Wednesday December 13th at lunch. For more info and sign up please see Mr. Williams in Seminar room 3A. 
  • A reminder that choir members have a rehearsal today at lunch in the Spatz Theatre. Please arrive through the Drama Room door by no later than 12:14.
  • Any students who love chess or like to play chess or would like to learn chess, please come out to the chess club on Tuesday and Friday at lunch in room 318
  • Do you like writing? Do you like hanging out with other writers? Come to Mr. Maher's room at lunch on Friday for Creative writing club.
  • throughout the month of December "KTS" is running a "Holiday Toy Drive" for families in need. Please donate a new toy to help families in need in our surrounding communities. The donation box will be located in the main office daily or you can drop your donation to seminar room 3A.
  • There are Chromebooks on hold in the library for some of the people who had reserved one. If that is you, please check your gnspes email for a message from Ms. Lavers. If you haven’t received a message yet, please continue to check over the next several days.
