- Did you know that 1 in 5 people in Nova Scotia are food insecure, that's over 213,000 people. Health and wellness and the student council are hosting a feed nova scotia food drive called stuff a bus on Friday December 1st. We ask that students bring in food donations into their D-Block classes throughout the week. Representatives from health and wellness and student council will be by to collect the food this week. The class who brings in the most food items will win cookies for the class.
- Do you like writing? Do you like hanging out with other writers? Come to Mr. Maher's room at lunch on Friday's starting December 1st.
- The next Hockey Guys Group will be held on today during A-block/last period in the Youth Health Centre
- Improv Practice in Room 122, Thursday afterschool. A reminder to join the google classroom Congratulations for making the team: Koma White, Scarlett Reynolds, Maren Giffin-Crawley, William Robertson, Ray Davis, Ada Macdonald, Nick Young, Tennessee Toombs, Liam Connolly, Isioma Ugluu, Jimmy Gold and Allie Chisholm
- Starting tomorrow and throughout the month of December "KTS" is running a "Holiday Toy Drive" for families in need. Please donate a new toy to help families in need in our surrounding communities. The donation box will be located in the main office daily or you can drop your donation to seminar room 3A.
- There will be physical wellness in the gym today at lunch with Mr. Williams
- There are Chromebooks on hold in the library for some of the people who had reserved one. If that is you, please check your gnspes email for a message from Ms. Lavers. If you haven’t received a message yet, please continue to check over the next several days. Also, Mohammed Al-Salibi, you forgot your Chromebook in the library, please come and retrieve it.
- Now until this Friday is the last opportunity to bring in any donations for the hats and mitts that’ll be donated to SoulsHarbour. The donation box is outside the office.
